  • Parcels and courier deliveries may incur additional handling fees.

6. Payment & Renewal

  • Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Non-payment may result in service suspension and withdrawal of address usage rights.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate service with 30 days’ written notice.

  • We reserve the right to terminate service immediately in cases of misuse, non-payment, or legal non-compliance.

8. Legal Compliance

  • We operate in compliance with HMRC, Companies House, and anti-money laundering regulations.

  • Clients may be asked to verify identity and provide proof of business legitimacy.
