How does Mail Scanning and Forwarding work?

Each time we receive mail for you we will scan both sides of the envelope and email it to you so that you can identify the sender. If you would like us to open the envelope and scan the contents, you simply reply to the email asking us to do so. Clear instructions on how to do this will be included in each email that we send you.

Does your Mail Scanning service ensure privacy and security?

Absolutely. Our mail scanning service is designed with your privacy and security as top priorities. All scanned documents are handled using secure protocols, encrypted storage, and strict access controls to ensure your information remains confidential and protected at every step. You can trust us to treat your mail with the same care and discretion you would.

Can you forward physical mail internationally?

Yes. We can forward you mail to anywhere internationally. 

How often will you forward my physical mail to me?

We typically forward your physical mail at the end of each month. However, if you’d prefer a different frquency i.e. every two weeks we are happy to do this at no extra cost.

How much does physical mail forwarding cost?

We simply charge you for the postage which we will ask for via a payment link that will be sent to you.

How is my mail stored before being forwarded to me?

We store all of your mail securely in our offices

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. Your plan is a rolling plan so can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
